Rebecca Brauntuch

Ms. Brauntuch, a certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma.

Ms. Brauntuch works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her main objective with each client is to make them feel comfortable and allow the therapy space to feel safe and honest. From there, she explores the treatment modality that works best for each client. Each client is different, and mindfulness, CBT, anxiety reducing techniques, trauma related approaches, and play therapy are all techniques Ms. Brauntuch has used with different clients.

Ms. Brauntuch has experience working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, and trauma. She often uses a psychodynamic and relational approach to therapy, as well as strengths perspective, which can help build self-esteem and lead to self-acceptance. When clients are able to accept themselves, room is made for growth and insight, which then provides an opportunity to explore better ways to cope, manage stress, and identify negative thoughts and feelings.
